I must say I'm definitely unfocused lately and feeling scattered. Praise the Lord my head aches have been kept away thus far, although to be honest I've been feeling stressed out lately, but God is so good and merciful to me. I've been praying for His peace that surpasses all understanding to be a reality in my heart. Honestly as a Christian I should be the most peaceful person out there no matter what happens in my life, no matter how out of control things seem to me. Because I know that my God is sovereign, and He is Love, and He is Joy, He is the Mighty One, and my Savior and so much more! He is trust worthy and I trust Him with everything.
Just like those women that have 16 children say, "We're trusting God with regards to how many children we will have." Well SO am I and right now that's zero children and that's what God says for now.
We would love to adopt and we are still doing lots of research into that, we are still not decided on domestic or international. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Both are can be very expensive! We are maybe considering adopting twins or a sibling pair. We are trusting that if the Lord is leading us down this path then He will provide the funds that we need. That's it for now. Sorry that I've been blogging poorly, I'm house sitting and the computer here is not really working for me. I've enjoyed reading your blogs and I'm praying for you all :)

ReplyDeleteBecky is right, you made a wonderful point. Somehow it makes things easier knowing that God is in control and making decisions for us even when they hurt.
